POSITION
We are looking for experienced artists, with 3 or more years of experience working on realistic setting projects.
We value style, quality and ability to work with detailed feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create high-quality 3D character models, textures, and materials using industry-standard software such as Maya, ZBrush, and Substance Painter;
- Collaborate with Concept Artists to translate 2D concept art into 3D models;
- Work closely with the Animation team to ensure that character models are optimized for animation and rigging;
- Ensure that all character models meet technical requirements for in-game performance and optimization;
- Participate in reviews and critiques of character art to ensure that it meets the artistic vision of the game;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve your skills and knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong portfolio showcasing your character art skills;
- Expertise in Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and other industry-standard software;
- Strong understanding of anatomy, form, and proportion;
- Knowledge of game development pipelines and processes;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Passion for video games and a desire to create immersive and engaging game experiences.
