We are looking for a Gameplay Developer for Unreal Engine 5.
A deep understanding of AI systems and gameplay mechanics is essential, along with the ability to prototype and bring features to production quality in close collaboration with the team.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code in C++ and Blueprints;
  • Prototyping new mechanics and combat characters in Unreal Engine 5;
  • Developing and testing prototypes of new features and mechanics using StateTree, GAS, and Animation Blueprints (ABP);
  • Actively collaborating with game designers to create engaging enemies and gameplay mechanics;
  • Using existing game systems and development approaches to ensure consistency and effective teamwork across the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong proficiency in C++ and experience developing gameplay in Unreal Engine 5;
  • Hands-on experience with StateTree, Behavior Tree, GAS, Animation Blueprint, and StateTree;
  • Experience prototyping and implementing combat mechanics and gameplay systems from concept through in-engine tuning;
  • Understanding of game system architecture and ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code;
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team (designers, animators, artists) and integrating mechanics into existing project pipelines.
