POSITION
We are looking for an HR Manager who will become a reliable point of support for employees at every stage of their journey within the company. We need a detail-oriented and structured professional who will help maintain documentation processes, support the onboarding and integration of new colleagues, coordinate onboarding activities, and closely collaborate with the legal and finance departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participation in HR documentation management;
- Managing projects related to hiring and onboarding new employees;
- Coordinating the full onboarding and adaptation cycle for new hires (including documentation, consultations regarding compensation, welcome meetings, and other activities);
- Supporting the HR team in ongoing projects;
- Close collaboration with the legal and finance departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in IT or a game development company);
- Understanding of HR documentation processes and basic labor law requirements;
- Experience coordinating full-cycle onboarding and employee adaptation;
- High level of organization and attention to detail — ability to work with documents and deadlines;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams (finance, legal, management);
- Proactive mindset and readiness to support multiple HR projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
